I did yeah, that was to transfer info off my old laptop harddrive (which went tits up) onto my new laptop. My mate at work has a 250gb external HD, and it seems spot on. Now I'm on the newsgroups and Giganews I need more storage, so 400gb should do the job and keep me content for a few months...

Just put away a Freecom 400GB external harddrive. Pretty good price too :)

When on Newzbin, can I get search results from before Feb? Like, I'm searching for "something" (which I have on DVD anyway) and its finding the new episodes, but only goes back to Feb 19th or so. Is that the limit or something? There must be so many more?

Now signed up to www.giganews.com platinum :) Also got Newsleecher v3.9 beta 2 and a www.newzbin.com account. Winrar and Quickpar already on the computer. Is this all I need? Is there a better search engine than newzbin.com? Also, what can I do on www.giganews.com? I dont seem to be using...

So if my mate says he has Newsleecher as a program on a CD, I wont need to pay $19.99 for it? What are the perks of paying for it rather than just using a copy off a disc? Other than the legal aspect.
