HD is like a Hybrid wax, a lot of one like that, Colli, FK etc hence they last very well. Really like HD, very good LSP.

Erm avoid them, bumpers you can at times get away with but any panel damage is only going to come back and bite you and you'll fix it twice. Take it to a bodyshop.

Yeah iron x is rinse off mate. Clean with the brush etc with an actual strong wheel cleaner then just a light spray with IX leave for 10, watch it bleed...

If you choose the correct ceramic coating and then learn the proper wash routine it's very easy to keep a car looking tip top. I've seen cars looking immense after a year of using ONR to wash!

Clean them then use IronX. That's when it works it's magic.
