    They'll be under tension from the spring. Try take some of that tension off and it should be easier as it will just drop once you remove the bolts.

    No that's how they're are I'm sure. It's a bit silly really! Get everything else tightened first then do that one last so it's in position and not 'tight'.

    They do on certain cars mate. You can have the lights turned off with clip or RSTuner but resistors complete the circuit and should work too. You must have an issue elsewhere
