Did mine a few weeks ago. Took the two black pins out that are on the top corners and started with the right side at the bottom corner and pushed it in towards the engine and it popped out, then just worked my way along from right to left until it came out. There was also a plastic cover behind...

I think if you look on the Cokin Filters website, they have some filter swatch samples that can be stuck to the flashgun. They used to post them out for free, just have to put your details in i.e address & email

I use one of those AutoGlym Dry Blades and a few microfibre towels. Seems to do the job anyway. Anyone else used one of those blades?
