... What size alloys do you think would look best on my 1.2

Either 15" or 16"

I can't decide which :S

Will handling be affected much, also heard that bigger sized wheels can affect the true speedo reading... is that true?

no it wont. not in a 1.2 anyways. also wheels wont change speedo by much.

Next question is colour:

Silver, Anthracite or Black?

Your speedo will change but only by about 1.5%, not a hell of a lot anyway.
