Happened to mine a few weeks ago :( I've had the same one since release day and that's the only problem I've had, was gutted. Took it to Apple and they passed me a new one. No questions asked.

Very quick one, and maybe a stupid one. When you get a replacement in an Apple Store at a Genius bar, are the devices brand new or refurbished?! Just something I was wondering, not a huge issue. Cheers.

There's something not right that's for sure. The black part on the rear bumper, all the stickers, the advert. However you would have thought he'd have included CAT D in the ad (or at least hoped he would).
