I have the PMS stud kit. Very pleased with it. Not had any problems since fitting. I swap between 182 cup wheels for road and oz f1s for track. You won't be able to get the centre caps on with the 182 wheels. Unless you have spacers, which I haven't got round to sourcing yet.

Absolutely no point on a road car in my opinion. Only worth saving that weight if you have a serious stripped out track car where every little counts.

I've only got drying towels anyway and a sponge. So wouldn't be any polish on mine.

Love them. Lovely cars to drive too, almost bought one a few times. Don't personally like the wheels, red wing mirrors or the fog light surrounds though.

Mental prices those George, never realised that!!! You paid more in that year than I did for the past 5 years combined on various cars. Rubbing a wound there ;)

Why would a longer trumpet provide more air though? It's still the same diameter and there's nothing which has changed to block the air flow route.

Do you need to tweak the map when changing the trumpet length?

Think I've worked out that 165mm is far too narrow now anyway.

Or just get using them both properly ;P

This was my concern when considering a spare engine. Thought it would just be better to put together the extra outlay, knowing I had a perfect engine going in.

Basically, looking at trailers, there's two in my county which have really caught my eye. I would normally happily go down for a look and try the Clio on them for size. But I don't have my Clio at the moment so this is obviously not possible. So all I can really go off for the time being is...

Don't get me wrong I think it's awesome. But you have a 182 race car for your kicks and giggles. Do you really need all that expense and power for just your daily drive etc? Not as if it would ever see track realistically is it? Be it is bloody rapid though.
