I went to see the guy at my local body shop and even he looked scared...

Paying for the throttle bodies I bought...

Few deliveries turned up yesterday so I think I'm more or less ready to get going with the bodies. Got the polo rad, fan and throttle pedal along with all the other stuff. Gonna go and speak to the body shop about doing my aero catches today....

Had a few interested parties in this. The welding and brake pipes are getting done tomorrow evening and hopefully the mot early next week and then it'll be off. Bit of a shame really as it always puts a smile on my face.

Each to there own though chip. People are free to make their own mistakes and learn from them.

Anyone got any pictures of the best place to fit flush aero catches to a 172 bonnet? I think I'm going to get someone to do it for me but would be nice to point them in the right direction!

I've spoken to Andy Carr and he can map the gen90 though.....just to clear that point up.

Apparently he can do my version as this was confirmed by the previous owner.......apparently.

Ordered some more shizzle today, ph1 throttle cable and pedal, polo rad, fan and aero catches. Hopefully I'm more or less ready for installation when that stuff arrives.
