Was working my way through the Forza 7 career (SP) however since PUBG came out for the Xbox its literally all I've played. Total play time is now something like 13 days (I have a problem lol).
Bought a load of new games around black Friday/Cyber Monday (Wolfenstein 2, Doom, Tomb Raider etc)...
4K disc is the best way to watch content/movies. Particularly for the best audio experience. No point in buying a nice 4K TV and surround system then cheaping out on a downloaded movie.
It really is an awesome/addictive game. Managed another squad chicken dinner last night taking our squad tally to 8. Got 2 solos and 1 duo dinner also.
Squads is definitely the most enjoyable.
As said above it is ridiculously addictive. The game can be played in the camp/hide style but is more rewarding if you are an active player ie. move around a lot, go on the hunt.
It was working just fine on my 27” Acer Predator until a few weeks ago when I updated the Nvidia driver. Since then it just shows no input when I enter the UEFI.
Nothing else has changed. It worked just fine when I swapped motherboards etc.
So after a lot of Googling it appears I'm not alone in this issue.
The issue for you guys not getting a display is a handshaking problem between your GPU and monitor. The only resolution supported by UEFI is 1280X1024. If for some reason your GPU and TV/monitor don't handshake at that...
Got a strange thing happening on my PC now. When I start it up and press DELETE to get into the BIOS my monitor stops displaying anything. It shows no signal. Any ideas as to what this could be?
Was gonna try the CMOS clear and see if that allows me in.
I read the cable comment as an additional issue he's having and the solution to his primary issue (Shagged iPhone 6 battery) is a free battery replacement courtesy of Apple. As for the cable breaking, this tends to happen when you buy cheap $hite
Though if one is happy to buy another...
When playing solo I used to avoid people until the end, now however if I see someone I just go for it. That way you've at least had a go and not just gathered goodies to die without knowing who or where from.
Managed my 3rd chicken dinner on Tuesday night. Now have 1 for solo, duo and squads. I...
Playing this in squad games instead of solo is so much better. Managed to bag myself (and the team) 7 kills last round. Before the 2 of us left we’re run over as the circle got tiny.
How many other phone makers will be doing this? I’d say all of them tbh. Piss poor practice but Apple won’t be the only ones.
My iPad air V1 runs like a bag of $hit now.
Got my first solo chicken dinner today. Only managed 2 kills but it was the last 2. Nearly messed the winning kill up as I’m $hite at aiming at people when they are running.
Once you land it plays pretty well. The lobby and landing bits (landing bit in particular) look awful and have ridiculously bad frame rates.
Once your down it plays very well (on my X).
Battery life is amazing though. Charged on Sunday night and hit 5% last night. Thats with very high use (You always play with a new phone most in the first few days). My Note even with light use always needed charged after 2 days. Apple are the kings of standby time.
Face ID sucks ass. It’s so slow (compared to the fingerprint sensor) and definitely ain’t getting any quicker with “learning”.
Thought it was meant to work in the dark? Not for me.
Once you land it’s fine but the frame rate during the lobby and when jumping outta the plane is horrendous ie. as bad as I have ever seen in a game lol.
