Having a front plate really f*cks up the look of the car.
Surely the Police as a whole would let you get away with not having one, ;)
I mean who doesn't like Knight Rider ffs?
I had a brand new Golf GT 4Motion once, made me paranoid out of my f*cking mind,
I enjoyed driving it but hated parking it anywhere, especially outside my house,
couldn't relax at all, any noise outside and I was curtain twitching.
Then when it got dented on month and keyed another I was...
I'd have swapped you my 172 for it any day,
all the belts done this year loads of mods, it's a fast car that comes pre car park dinged.
Would have been perfect for you!
You want to get your swear on mate works for me,
I don't think i've been to a CS meet where I haven't gave someone sh*t for one thing or another. lol
The best defence is a good offensive,
and they don't come more offensive than me! :approve:
No, the telly's louder than the laptop.
How many of those cars in the videos have people actually heard in person?
The thread title is 'Loudest exhaust you've stood next to'?
Not what's the loudest exhaust someone has stood next to, then put the video on Youtube.
Actually thinking about it the blown yank tanks at the drag day I went to last year,
although I can't say how much was exhaust and how much was brutal engine noise,
I do know my f*cking ear drums nearly exploded!
Is it classed as an exhaust if it's just a set of headers sticking out the side?
(Wolverhampton Renault) Adam's decatted Yozza on his 182,
at a rolling road day it vibrated the windows of the place so much I thought they were going to shatter.
Also you couldn't stand in there when it on it's run,
those of us that did ended up with Tinnitus for a while. lol
I knew it wouldn't be yours you drive quite normally,
unless you're trying to keep up with the Dog Kennel that is,
then you have no choice but to hoon it.
Have you still got the standard wheels?
Could make a few quid out of those 1.2s in the for sale section,
even if you don't i'm sure someone would be willing to swap for standards and a bit of money your way.
A guy I know traded his 182 cup in against a new R27,
his cup was remapped, had a Milltek exhaust and Sparco seats,
the dealer said he would have preferred it standard,
but it didn't affect it's trade in value.
Oh yeah forgot about that, his standard cup was quicker than the 200,
but miraculously in the final cut it was slower.
Although if your TV show made their new flagship model look slower than an older model,
Renault would probably be reluctant to lend you any more cars.
