I run 225/45/17 winter tyres on my Megane. They're quite a bit bigger than a 215 so if you have spacers you may have to get slightly thinner ones to stop any rubbing

Last time I looked I couldn't find one so ended up just using a passenger foam to re-do the bolster on a drivers seat
You can also just glue and shape some new foam in place too
Sonax Profiling leather cleaner and one of their soft brushes has always worked best for me. It leaves a nice matte finish that isn't slippery in the slightest
