Sounds to me like you need to invest in a Milwaukee M18 hoover and the extractor bit for the SDS And some IP rated Packout boxes

Yes but the brake light wiring may need to be modified depending on which model of 1.2 you have Some of them come with the same plug as the cup but some come with a different plug so you may need to alter that. Otherwise they just bolt on mate :)
