If it was an Orange Renault Sport then it would have been a 182, as the orange (inferno) colour was only an option on the 182s,
the colour's also know as 'Bean' as in baked bean, that and it being an 05 plate. :D
Also going fast on the ring road is the only way to drive on it.;)
If you drive...
I'm happy when it works, miserable when it's broken.
I was really happy with it untill the gearbox exploded, now it's fixed and working well I can't help but think it's
only a matter of time untill it rapes my wallet again.
Every notch of the gearbox, squeek and rattle of other things just...
I don't have a smart phone, I still use a Motorolla KRZR K1 had it for years.
I only need it to make calls and text, also i've found that people with smart phones don't seem to know how to have a conversation
with people they've only just met, they're always getting it out and f*cking about...
I've adjusted my brake pedal switch loads of times,
and had people that have sucessfully adjusted theirs have a go, but it's never worked.
Besides, doesn't the brake pedal switch/plunger just adjust when your brake lights come on?
I had SERV, ABS & T/C on a couple of years ago, they thought the sensor might just need a clean as I had a split gaitor/boot
and it had thrown grease and crap all over it, turned out I needed a new ABS cable on the front.
Only problem is even now, years later I still get Serv ABS & T/C on...
I think i'll stay in and drink booze instead, i've been at work all day taking photos of badly behaved kids,
I don't want to spend my spare time with a load more.;)
I don't get it, how is it a united cruise if everyone's meeting at similar times in different places?
I shudder to think the kind of people that might show up, modified cars around Coventry are all fast & furious s**t boxes.
RSTuning are in Leeds, i've never used them but loads of people on here have, they're meant to do good work.
They specialise in rolling road remaps, but i'm sure they do normal servicing/engine work aswell.
I'm liking the grey standards, i've got an iceburg 172 and unfortunatly my trashed alloys couldn't carry that colour off
with all their chips dents and scrapes, you're making me want to refurb them in that colour now,
god I wish I earned more money. lol
I'm glad I know it's from Nuneaton, if I suddendly find myself being made to look silly by a Fiesta Popular plus
on one of the many duel carrigeways around here, I won't feel so bad now. lol
Well i'm starting to think that 1st on my replacement box is a bit weak,
I guess that's the risk you take when you buy a used box.
I might just start pulling away in second when 1st gives me grief,
thank god i've got a new clutch, looks like it's about to start living a hard life. lol
Today i've found on occasion 1st goes in no problem, but most of the time I have to press the clutch twice and flat to the floor,
and even then it's a pain in the arse to get in, I can also feel the linkage clunk into place through my left foot (not the gear stick).
I have a feeling that 1st...
Could be as I had a new upper mount fitted aswell as a new battery tray as mine was cracked.
But Danny at 519 did the work for me and he doesn't really make mistakes, could be that i'm a girl and use to a slack knackered box,
also my gearbox bracket was loose as hell, so everything's proper...
I've recently had a new gearbox put in my car (well second hand from a breakers)
aswell as polybush dogbone mounts, the gear changes feel pretty solid, but i'm a bit worried about 1st gear.
It's kind of difficult to get it into 1st, it's like it's made out of granite,
there's no crunch that...
