The wilwood calipers are quite compact so i would imagine they will fit ok, its only the meg brembos that usually give issues. I run et43 2118 with wilwoods/reyland rotors and bells and loads of clearance without spacers.

You will need to splice into the coil wiring as the ecu uses canbus for rpm feed to the cluster.

Id probably use a time sert instead of a helicoil. As above can be done in situ but ultimately head off is best. If your not keen on doing it give this fella a call. He drilled out a glowplug for me and done a fantastic job. He does stuff like this all day long...
