I've started using Sonax Spray and seal and it's easily the best spray sealant I've used! So far it's lasted more than 2 weeks which is where others start to fail. But nope, lower sections of the doors still bead and so do my wheels!

Is it the big thin intercooler like a dCi 80 or the small fat one like a dCi 100? The big 80 ones seem to be better from looking at them Tbh there aren't many places that bother with them these days so anyone that knows how to map a derv should be alright as long as they don't go full send. Or...

Just an FYI I did the belt on that engine James has, about 4 years ago though so it will need one🤣🤣🤣 I'd expect any normal garage to charge £300. However, anyone close to you that knows what their doing should be charging like £100 plus parts its that easy🤣

Best thing is to get a bottle brush and proper scrub and twist it into the ports. Or go gentle with a brass wire brush to get the harder deposits off

D4FT is the easiest engine to do a belt on. Did my brothers Clio and my sisters Clio in a few hours. The parts are ridiculously cheap too
