    If you're looking for handling improvements don't go anymore than 10mm up front. If you're going for looks, 16 or 20mm spacers will fill the arches better.

    No mate afraid not. They can be modified, but it's not just a simple case of opening the hole up unfortunately.

    On the top picture, as you look down the hole where the speedo sensor goes in, can you see the driveshaft? I can't tell off that picture mate.

    Upload a picture of the other box you've got mate. I'll be able to tell you if it's a useable box. Some of the ph2 boxes are still 129's, but they just don't have the speedo sender fitted.

    When you say 'normal 172 box', do you mean a Ph1 gearbox? If it's a ph2 box it'll be a jc5 129 mate. A jc5 089 is a ph1 item and will also fit. There's nothing special about a cup gearbox mate.

    You could use it mate and retain the oe plastic rail. I was just thinking of longevity that's all.

    -6 braided line and get your original fuel pump fitting swaged on. At the fuel rail end you may be as well to swap it out for an aluminium rail and a proper AN fitting.

    Right ok, well if it's only doing it when there's drive going through the box, it sounds like it is indeed an internal issue mate

    Not necessarily mate no. The clutch is under pressure when the pedal isn't pressed. Does it go if you press the clutch? It sounds more like a vibration noise to me.

    @jezer101 well that's a new one on me. Never heard anything like that before! Did you put the clutch plate in the correct way round?
