I can guarantee 100% that the 2 thinner wires are earthed via the ecu mate. You need to set the shift light up as a 2cyl to get them to work though.

The thinner wires are the ones to tap into if you're installing a shift light mate. The thick white wire is the 12v feed. The thin wires are only earthed when they get activated by the ecu.

Honestly mate, it's worth the £12 just for the guides and discounts.

Take the end cover off and stand it on 5th gear in a bucket as well mate. It'll get rid of 95% of the oil for when I open it up!

Interesting. Frame mount will sort it mate. In the cup with the roof vent open it never created any issues.

I'll clear a space for the gearbox in the garage. 😂

You need to use the open rear door on the GoPro case, or get a frame mount mate! Removes all of that vibration/rattle noise you're getting. :up:

Ok so a little update on the AG.... I've had a bit of an opportunity to make a little bit more progress shall we say! Heard the beep for the limiter a good few times now, and I think they're deceptive for how quick you are actually covering ground. Obviously up to 70mph. :wink: The 6 speed box...

These cars are famous for flat spots without the cats removed tbh mate, but it sounds like yours is having a bit of a hissy fit. Have you had the codes read again? If so what's it throwing up now? It could be all manner of things that is causing your woes.
