i was the same as you but now ive finished my install it would be a bit of a shame to have all the little rattles and i dont really use the clio for speed, its more for summer cruising
dynamat and brown bread weigh quite a bit, its heavier than you would think and roof lining is even heavier - not sure of the exact weight but it needs to be thick for it to do a decent job and if its thick then its gonna be heavy
it weighs alot more though doesnt it? been looking to sound proof my car now ive done my install and it seems that either dynamat or brown bread are the best
nah, my cables are definately right because the first 2 channels are working fine and ive checked most the settings on my amp with no luck so im kinda thinking its something to do with mu h/u
how do insurance companys find out if you have any points or not, is there a database or something similar - i picked up some points earlier this year and i need to tell my insurance company at my renewal but i just wondered how they would find out if us guys didnt tell them?

im currently running an 800w 4 channel amp which is powering 4x 6*9s (i know theyre crap etc) 1 channel for one speaker - for some reason that i cant work out, channels one and two work perfectley but the channels three and four are only giving bass and no treble, ive checked the speakers and...
u 100% it will be the earth? ive made sure its as short and as thick as possible so the only thing i can think is that its come slightly loose - ive got it running from the amp in the boot to one of the seat belt points under the back seat
finished my install the other week and everything is hunky doorey apart from when i have my stereo on really loudly, if a track comes on with alot of bass, my amp powering the sub cuts out -
this has gotta be one of three things, either a dodgy earth, my amp needs turning down or theres a cut...
why is it a write off just because its been scratched? some complete and utter gimp decided to key both my doors the other week that has properly fooked me off, i now need them both respraying but i suppose its a good excuse to get them delocked at the same time
