The 1.6 uses different ECU programming egine gearbox driveshafts alos in yoru car uses different brakes (you can keep your old ones). Its a lot of money best get a 172 transplant.
However not telling insurance is a big mistake IMO don't ever do this if you cannot afford the premium don't do it.

Williams personally no comaprision the 172 has the more space better mpg less problems hopefullt ie no rust less age but the Williams is the more fun car.
Its no slammer for the 172 though its a great car just if i didn't need a car 100% for a long drive to work I'd have a Williams.
Jack the car up high.
That mount wear more than the rest as during hard acceleration and braking the engine pushes again it the other two share the load over a greater area and are better.
£800 to fix a relays stupid 955 of that would be labour in finding out which was wrong but They must be usless not to find it quicker.
No idle valver on the dci though all controlled by the ECU.
Ther no more than a 172 with ABS etc its just more of them crash so insurance can be more expeonsive it depends sometimes cups cost less as when there written off there not deamed as worth as much.
One insurance company I know had 10% of the Cups insured with themselves written off in the year...
Try Yozasport I think ther e abit cheaper.
Disk are about £60
I'd get the ds2500s (£80) or the stock pads personally for £40 woulnd't bother with anyhting else unless you use it on very hard track work.
No idea the hubs been sitting at home for some time on the drive cannot have done many miles 2002 I think it is.
