206info still have regular meets there and as far as I know Lancer Evo's still use bluewater for meets. Infact they have a meet on the 10/02/2010.
As said though the carpark in Bexleyheath near the bingo/bowling place would be good. There's always Blackheath near the big fields as well?
Smitchel1's silver 172 who lives just round the corner and there's another one near the Falconwood station driven by and 70+ yr old grandad  but yeah, part from that you hardly see any round here.
Yeah I've seen that Monaco, Its a female driver last time I saw it :D
Paulie do you have...
Depending on where you live plays a bigger part in your quote than most people think. I pay £700 at 21 with 4 years no claims but if I insured the car where I work (Enfield) then I would have to pay an extra £600.
So if someone the same age as you with the same no claims is paying 2-300 less...
It's starting to bug me now. Its got a strait thru middle section and a decat and I'm thinkin it's a tad ott now :dapprove:
Yeah I must say it does have sleeper look about it. Looks good that way though as you fool people like me thinking its standard.
You don't want to hear mine than, its stupidly loud :(
I just notcied his running a 1*2 engine. So glad I did'nt try to egg him on as I would of know doubt looked a fool in his rear view mirror.
Ah that would of been me than :)
I heard you give it some at the end of the tunnel so thought I would too :approve:
Didn't notice It was valver till I got close and saw the sticker. Must say yours sounded nice too and look pretty nippy when you gave it some.
Had the Ultra Supersport on now for about 4 months and I love it. Its loud but its epic.
I have a strait thru middle section and decat and with the pop's and bangs it sound great.
I did find after a 300 mile trip a few months back, that my ear's did start to seep blood and bleed though. It's...
Blimey I'm just about 6ft and I find it annoying at times. Feel for you two.
Could be worth look at aftermarket recliners if looking for a wheel fails. Most tend to have a lower position than the standard seats so would give some nice clearance for the head and knee's?
Same colour engine cover as me. I went with silver but am debating also to change them. Fellow mate on here has his P.Inlet's graphite grey and it goes well even with a dark engine cover.
Nice to see someone local too :)
Bought my 182 with 48,000 on the clock in Jan. Have just hit 71,000 miles and I've only had it 9 months. The more miles it does the better the engine feels!
Re: South East Dent/scratch repair day
You can count me in on this one. I've got two dinks in a panel which are driving me totally mad just looking at them and about 2000 stone chips ::cool:
1. Rossy197 - (scratch)
2. Cat171 - (hail stone craters)
3. Clio-Ell - (scratch/dent)
4. bennyboy182 -...
I always said I would never buy a black car but when I saw a BG clean I ended up buying one. For me its a total nightmare to keep clean but when it is clean its the most satisfying and rewarding colour to look at.
There classed as race-spec exhausts I belive. What this consists of, I'm not to sure but it's the same with the Orbisound.
There's a few on here that have the system so only they can justify the cost of it to you.
IMO I would rather spend that sort of money on a holiday :D
I had a similer problem with mine. I found the main blowing coming from the manifold/cat join. Used metal poxy heat resistant and its been fine ever since.
Still, it took me a good few months to spot where it was coming from which was the annoying thing.
Followed you through Eltham high street this morning and towards the blackwall tunnel.
You had graphite, standard wheels. and Renault F1 stickers on the side.
We had a little blast on up to the A2 as we both tuned on.
Gave you the thumbs up and you gave me the nod.
Not seen a luner grey until now... I can see what all the fuss is about. Its a stunning colour.
I agree with a comment further up, it makes the ST look plain as pancakes. Cracking vee.
You can drop the rear bean if you know what your doing but I just cut mine off from the backboxes. Also did the same on a mate's 172. It's only mild steel so wont take no longer then ten minutes.
Just make sure the car is stable on the stands. You wont want it wobbling while cutting it.
