I've reverted back to the component lead as supplied with the premium Xbox. With the VGA lead the colours were dark and washed out. I couldn't adjust the settings on my telly to get an image I was happy with. Details were sharper with the VGA lead though.

For me Doom 3 on the PC was a big let down. Too dark and scripted. Looked awesome though.

I recently hooked my laptop up to my 42" plasma using vga at 1024 x 768. I'm impressed by the results! There was minimal overscan and everything was readable. Far cry looked great!

I didn't realise Laptops had started shipping with HDMI outputs on them!

My 51 plate 172 has 28K miles on it so could be genuine! Look for the normal signs inside. Such as excessive wear to the steering wheel, gear knob and front seats. If the paper work and interior condition don't match up, just walk away.

I have COD 3, PGR 3, Saints Row, TDU, PES3 and table tennis. I'd recommend all of them really! They all look brilliant and are a lot of fun to play! Currently spending most of my spare time on PES3, loving it!

My own personal preference over 32" is for plasma. I viewed several screens with both HD and SD signals. To my eyes the Plasma screens had better colours and better detail. The only way for you to choose is to view screens yourself.

I'd go to the Citizens advice bureau and myabe go to solicitors, most offer a free half hour consultation and see what they think. Personally I can't believe they aren't fixing it!

Even putting cctv cameras won't help! Yeah you may catch them and be able to give the tapes to the police but they'll still be let off with a caution. Only way to stop it is to put it in a garage!

My Map disc is attached below? Is mine newer or yours? I've fitted the brain box for mine in the cradle that the original multichanger was in under the passenger seat. Looks very neat!
