Personally I'd look for either APEX or Eibach springs as they get good write ups on here

Most garages will do it for about £20.....got mine done by GDi but there in Kimbolton It makes such a difference its unreal

There are a couple that look spot on, cant find the links but im sure someone will post them soon. Iirc you can change the complete rear axle for the rear discs and get some custom spacers made up so your wheels fill the arches.

Yeah, i'm 99% sure you will be able to get -50mm springs for your car I'm sure you can go much more then -40mm in your 1.2, they were probably on about valvers which are lower to start with. Here is mine on 15's and lowered approx -60mm at the rear

What are the alloy specs? They need to be 4 x 100 PCD 16's and 17's will fit your car fine mate
