Has it been sat for ages ? Does it start ? If so, 20p says the clutch plates have rusted together. Brake pedal to the floor.. Crank the key and it should free within a couple meters.. Be ready to turn ignition off if not !!

Move to warmer climates. Changed the pollen filter ?
