:hail: to the people who know what there on about!!! ;)
Iv never got why people choped ph2 bits in for ph1.......Never would've on my olden!!!
Looks good all the same though mate, reminds me a little of my old black one.
Lol.....Sorry mate, they were mentioning Mark in some of the above posts so i put two and two together.
Didnt think it would be yourslef as you went through with all the repairs on it. :D
How come mark (is it middo!?) sold this so soon after fixing it though???
Looks well smart but if winston gets hold of it we'll have dustbin lids on the four corners before we know it!!! :rasp:
Sorry lloyd but thats dangerous as f**k down there, so bumpy. I cant believe you'd risk your Porsche up it.
Easy......I live on Canvey and its not that big, they get blown up, i get blown up form the comfort of my own bed!!! Lol
What you on about?? If your talking the road on Canvey...
Off topic but whils sitting in traffic this morning on the m25 at jct 5 n(where else) i saw a liquid meg (not sure if it was the r26) flying along the out side lane of the otherside heading toward Dartford and then shortly after i see an r27 in lquid flying along (within about 10/15 mins of each...
Why?? Which country do you live in??
If its in the UK theres always somwhere, theres a BP on my doorstep but if i want to use v-power i have to travel 20 mins.
^^^Even that being the case manner im sure Nick will be pleased you've just announced on a forum opened for the world to see that he changes the plates over for insurance reasons!!! Lol
Some mug will buy it though!!!
I think it looks better than the meg personally but id take neither at them prices.
I wouldnt want to pay more than 10/12 for a Clio or 12/14 for a Megane. 18k's nearly second hand Tuscan/E46 M3 money!!!
The joys of working in a country where fuels affordable. I do a 120 round trip daily but could never afford it in a petrol car.
On topic 2004 182 - 22600
I would look into buying an R27 in Liquid if one come about at a nice enough price.
Love the way they look, love the interior and the fact they supposedly handle better then 182's with cup susp (which are more than good enough) is very appealing to me.
The stumbling block would be the...
^^Lol, i have been paying attention mate.......For the last 3 years or so but iv never really experienced these problems as others i know personally with Clios havnt.
Just cause hes got a faulty temp sensor doesnt mean hes got a dud at all was all i was saying as not all Clio's are tin cans...
Hows that then??
Touch wood mines been fine to date and iv had it more than a year.
Even my two previous mk1's (1.2 and 1.816v/2.016v) didnt give me much hassle. It depends on what you buy and how you look after it i guess!!!
^^^I thought the belt alone was like 100's to get sorted though mate or are we talking a different belt to the one im thinking of??
I know when i was getting quotes on my old valver i was looking at between 300-500 just for the cambelt.
If thats the case then how was i quoted between 200 and 230 odd coins for a 24k service at different Renault garages. :S
Iv manged to get one for £176 so im not taken them up om them prices but even so theres still not that much difference in the price you've been quoted on a 36k.
I dont care for it as in spending needless money on it, ie new wheels (turinis ;)), new suspension, exhaust systems etc (wasted enough cash on my valver/hybrid) but i do as in keeping it tidy looking at all times and well serviced/mechanically running well.
