I personally think mine runs alot better on V-Power, it ticks over alot nicer and the engine seems to be alot quieter. I also get more mpg on it so not sure why yours is down. The last few fill ups has been with BP ultimate as my local Shell garage is a million miles away and i havnt been...

The willy engine i had was fine mate but it was only on 45ish k when I had it. My valver engine was reliable up until when the gearbox went at 92k, i think it depends how much theyve been looked after by the past owner and how much your willing to look after them really.

Turning my valver into badass 2.0 hybrid and then selling it on 6 months after id finished it for not much more than a standard lower milaged valver would go for. Ouch and never again!!! Lol

That could well be the case but what wins on looks hands down? ;) No Evo thats for sure. If i were in your position and were thinking of a family(ish) sized power car id buy an E46 M3. The Evo's might be quick but imo dont look any better than the average Merc/BM/Audi 4 door.
