Yup, depends where your buying but the difference between V and W is about £20. Ws are good for 168mph, shame the 182 isnt;)

Do you find that once you hit 100 mph, they really do run out of puff. I suppose its all down the gearing as it gets you there and then runs out of steam.

You cant have both mate. You could mount the amp on the box, but its never going to look like a great install. False floor doesnt have to meen covering your entire floor, you could just cut some MDF large enough to accomodate your amp and box, and do a small install on that. Leaving half or so...

Someone probably recovered it, did the repairs themselves and sold it on. Remember the total cost also includes the hours the garage would take to repair it, and probably accounts for half the cost. I wouldnt worry to much about it

MK2 in Monaco Blue. Though id got away with the rattle, but it sounds like its on its way. Has the banging from the engine mount ill tell them about tomorrow and it has more rattles than mothercare. But, its one of the best cars ive ever owned. 172/182, doesnt matter which one you get there...

Im sure most people dont drill there doors, dont get me wrong DM, you may have too, but it seems a bit drastic for a bit of wire
