Trolley jack underneath the engine will suffice, the passenger side one on mine was a bit hard to get off as it had bonded together a bit. Turned out they were both split in half:eek: but all fine now.
£20 sounds about right interms of fees tbh so he covering what hes lost out, however as it was not your fault its a little unfair. Either way you got your wheel back which is the important thing:)
Red = live
Yellow = battery
black = ground
That should be the main ones for the headunit as they are all pretty similar, as for the cars loom i suggest a haynes manual, as the cables are odd colours :(
