I quite fancied one in my Valver but the 5s that im aware of (even a very well looked after and tuned by BB one) are extremely weak and unreliable!!! As much as the sounds brill and they can be 0-60 rockets i think id rather keep my Valver engine!!!

Some bird i knows had a 206 for a while and the engines really tappety for the age of the car!!! IMO they dont look that nice until you start gettin to the sport or CC models either!!! Id say a 1.2 16v clio would be the best starting car!!!

TBH mate id always say Valver or Willams outta the 3 you suggested but not this time!!!! Youve already got a Vee so why not go GTT or RST as a little performance project. Lets not forget they make the nice sound too!!!;)

Agreed.....The VTS interiors gotta be one of the worst sports model interiors ever produced!!!! Older cars such as the Rs Turbo Recaros and even the Valver kicks it into touch which really shouldnt be the case!!!!

I personally dont think 172s are chav as lets face it the VTS is closely associated with the VTR which is associated with chavs through bolt ons and bodykits!!! I cant say i ever come across a bodykitted 172 when i used to buy Fast Car!!!:oops: Stopped buying it more than a year ago though!!!;)

My old k reg 1.2 which was modded mainly looks wise though used to pull past a guy at my old work places 1.1 pretty easily!!! Maybe it was cause im a good driver though!!!;)

I love mine but sometimes get bored with it and want summin diffo!!! The rattles come with the age of the car and i think they are fairly reliable cars if looked after properly!!!
