Umm insurance will be alot on the 172!!! Im 20 and i pay 1300 tpft on a valver which is fairly good seen as i only started my own policy 8ths ago when i bought the car!!! GTT would be the most freindly without mods!!!

If i were you mate id put a 5 gt engine in if you were going to do a conversion!!! If youve got money nocking about though i think id scrap that idea and go for the 172!!!

Well theyre chepest for me on the Valver but theyl f**k you over on the online quotes!!! If youve been quoted 9k youl probs end up having to pay a few hundred quid more than that if you were to take it up!!!

^^or even better get a valver that redlines at 7.2k when warm!!!

Umm!!! Id go for performance and looks so it would have to be V6!!! The VX is a sportscar but at the same time its a Vauxhall and unfortunatly id always be thinking its brothers and sisters are corsas and vectras etc!!!

I quite like the Type R but i think id prefer the 182 after seeing one close up the other day!!! Why would a 172 be different to a 182 tho??? Why did you prefer the mk1 172 out of all 3 bar the fact theyre alot cheaper???
