Ive got this but dont know what it is - finally worked out that going fast around mini roundabouts makes the noise so Im going to tell the dealer next time its in...... It bugs me tho! :( Just had a thought - I know its not the weather for pushing it but does the noise occur in the wet...

I sure you have already checked but what about the tyre pressures - are they right?

I get the same whine occasionally and the creak - 16.5k miles so far - ....so I dont know about settlling in...

Speaking about rev limits, what about cars that have been chipped - their RLs are significantly higher than the norm......

The second picture looked like you had a sccop in the bonnet but its the reflection of the window...:confused:

Mines stable at !42 (indicated).......does anyone else notice that up to !20(ish) theres no hanging around at all but from then up to the gear change light in 5th is a fair old wait... Arjun

Thankfully NH is going to do them for me and remove the spacers Im using for the rear AVO springs at the sames time......... Saved! Arjun

Thanks guys. BTW, to fit rear pads by Renault Minute is around £130inc (!)but only £60inc from Kwik-Fit - although I dont know what pads they use...........want to fit Tar Ox for the rears but I dont know where to get them. Arjun
