done exactly as you said mate on the 5th time and told me to get a few quotes which i though excellent cars gonna get done ... no one wanted to touch it !!!! one company gave me a quote and direct line and uk assis refused saying its cheaper if they do it themselves !!!!

mate spoke ta caroline burrows at direct line Woman who deals with uk assistance complaints.... asked her when it came back the 3rd time what i can do as im not happy with it going back there... she said "what do you want me to do..if you cant get em to do it rite what chance have i !!!!!!)...

mate all of the glass companys get the money off your insurance you can use em all on call out ive used about 3 diff companys before just get one that will come do it now:)
