It felt better and seemed to rev more eagerly to the limiter and as per my previous post on another thread looks like it gained power/torque...

Just got back from another RR session @ PE, and now *without* the HP induction, CO is fine @ 3-4% and power is down 6BHP but Mervyn reckoned is would be down a little anyway as it is quite warm today compared to previous run...
Will post torque figures later as they are in the car....got them...
I would have thought the ride height should be lower...
The springs the use for the mk1 are the same as the mk2..
I like them.....but I cant remember what it was like before!

Ok, Toade had to take my dash off..and they mounted the siren next to my battery - check out the gallery pics as I think it shows it....
Some guys have the LED next to the gearstick - this is probably easier to do as opposed to the steering cowling...

2) He has worked on my 172, lowering, induction and exhaust and I have no complaints - when you meet him he obviously enjoys his work....at the Rolling Road II there were a significant number of cars that had been HPed - try and get a booking!

If the surfaces are prepared correctly and the right primers and paints are used it should last I think. Iver always had cars with colour coded stuff and - even after respraying - it stood up well, although on my red Rover its looking a little faded.....but thats the original paint and its a 96...
