I may be wrong on this but my understanding is that when you sand them you are simply roughing the surface slightly do that the paint will adhere to it...
Wonder if it's a poor connection on your ignition barrel, I don't know the wiring layout or really how it works but because it seems to go through its start up sequence every time it flickers it would seem a logical answer.
Mine was done at 53k and again at 84k it's just about to hit 90k now... I wouldn't risk not having it done especially with the devils millage on it lol
Toyo proxy t1r? I have had these before would 74.50 fitted per tyre be a good price? They where on a valver I bought about 4 years back so wasn't sure of the price.
Hankook, I had never heard of these but just looked and it's got Hankook Ventus primes on.... They have been ok actually for the last few months I've owned it.... Cheers guys
Yea I get that, that's why I wanted some opinions, because the most expensive arnt always the best, suppose it depends on how you use the car... I suffer the great northern weather so good wets are probably required.. It is summet after all :/ lol
Just noticed I'm gonna need some new front tyres very soon, this month!!!
What's a good option? Just got standard 16" 172 wheels
Don't want to be paying stupid amounts of cash though.. I only use the car as a daily driver, no tracks days or ought.
Thanks
Such a shame, an news on a culprit? Really looks as if someone has a grudge to me because there is so much effort gone into ruining it... Jealousy is a horrible thing..
People at the moment seem to like contrasting colours..
As for the pink callipers kick her in the face... Then apologise paint them pink and receive a blow job
Maybe just take it to a garage and get them to weld another piece where the old one was and put some tension back on the pipe.... If it was made at a garage specifically for the car then they may have just bent the pipe a tad too much and welded that rod between to push it straight
Still sounds like a relay... Take them out one by one and switch the key round to the second position... Do this until you find out which relay is responsible for the dash...
I think it's the alarm setting, it does it on mine of you lock it with a door open, or if you have locked and unlocked it a couple of times. nothing to worry about. I would say ita deffo the standard one though
If its the lights flickering on and off then I would suggest checking relays... I'm not even sure if they are attached to one but of they are it sounds like a dirty contact they are easy to just pull out and put back in... would take like 2 mins and worth a shot
Mine goes off randomly sometimes...
I'd suggest checking connections on the sensors, got one under the bonnet and boot, the two in the car... You can switch it off... I think you sit in the car and open and lock it 3 times and you hear a bleep...
Disconnect it..Lol... There any little s***s round your area that should be sat in a bus stop that like winding you up? strange that it's only at weekend and in the night.....
Mine?? It's a 172 flanger as above... The garage messed the bumper up originally and I had to have it cut again... Trust me it looks a lot better than it did.. Got a carbon surround for it just needs fitting should sort it out
Awesome pal... I've never done a track day but now I really want to... Can imagine its pretty unbeatable for the fun factor... What sort of bhp is that running?
