Mines stiff... :p lol. It's smooth though! My 1.2 grande I had when I was 17 was the same and my mk1 1.8 16v's where both stiff as well... Think it's a Renault thing when they get a bit older.
Like said earlier of hey don't offer you a decent outcome then keep taking it back.. I'm sure given the chance they will fully sort the car...
My grandad had a brand new clio 1.2 and he only uses it for driving to a field to walk his dog and once a year to travel to Blackpool for a weekend...
£5400 by any chance? Lol
I'm 26 3NCB with Bell £450 on a 172 with mods declared.. And a no fault claim on record. However I still put my mum and dad on my insurance cos it still brings it down.. They never drive the car as they live 180 miles away but still worth the discount
Fantastic car... If you ever feel like just giving it away then you know where I am haha... I actually like the orange... Quite a fan of bright contrasting colours!!! :)
Mine was done 4k ago at 84k on the clock and done at 35k which is what the millage was when it hit its 5 year interval. I wouldn't risk it to be honest because I havent the first clue about changing an engine...
Just out of interest how hard is it to do them on the sports? I've heard it's by...
I had a 1.8 16v mk1 and it was lowered 100mm and it was absolutely awful for little dips in the road and speed bumps.. Had a 106GTI which was 60mm drop and that IMO wasn't too bad..
Well had that exhaust fitted last week and the xenon bulbs went so put some 6000k whites in instead on the 4300k ones just cos they have a slight tinge of blue.. Gonna get some sport lines on it I think next....
Wheels and bullets painted black..
Not sure whether to get the roof done black...
Agreed with this, had two of them little beasts one was a bag of s**t with a mega chav body kit and the other was mint had it lowered 100mm all round and it was pretty quick only thing that went wrong was the clutch cable snapped twice in six months and it had the turning circle of a jumbo jet!!
My mortgage is only £570 a month which is probably the same as yor insurance. Lol oh well I do agree it's your money do with what you like.. I know a lad who pays a similar amount on his insurance.. However is drives a 600bhp supra and he is 21. With 3 years no claims...
But a clio 1*2 will...
You can put aftermarket ones in. Can get em on eBay for £35 from Japan. I had some in an old BMW they arnt great cos like said above they blind on comers. I used to get flashed all the time for em. Then when you angle them down they are too low for driving down unlit roads really.
Because it takes me back to my young days when all I had was little hatchbacks ie my 106GTI but now I have the sense to drive it with care and to look after it instead of abusing it every day of its poor life :) but the thing that I love most is when you hit 4000rpm in second gear!! Obviously...
Mines got a couple of cracks on the welds at the minute, getting a new one this weekend but one is just before the cat and you can hear it piping like mad of you put your foot down... Sounds pretty cool but it needs to be stopped lol
