My mates Escort Cossie only has 40k on it so not major low miles. His is a K plate as well. Seen one that had been kept by Ford in a heated show room with about 6k on it for sale a little while ago. Nearly list price though!
Dude on heres dad has a 3 door Sierra Cossie with less than...
Blue is the bestest colour in the world. Had a Black RT and a Blue Valver (still got it of you want it)
Bit of spit an polish and bam it looks the nuts.
Yeah just a bit bad. Cleaned mine Saturday then went out for a blast and it was worse than when I started.
Goes bloody every where on mine too, wheels, tyres, bumpers, bonnet. Even had streals on the roof and spoiler.
I got a phase 1 in Sports Blue (Williams 1 & 2 colour)
Needs a bit of work but not asking much for it.
Do a search in cars for sale for my name and youll find it.
(My Valver is the title)
Gonna be called the RS 204 or something I believe. As for there not being a 2.0 16 turrbo - whats the Meganne then????
Surely this engine would go in a Clio with a little bit of work, its prob nearly the same engine any way.
What sort of weight have you gained by putting extra strength?
I saw a heavily kitted MR2 turbo the other week with those. Cant see how he could open them without opening the window though.
I think Renault fecked up with the RSi. They made it due to insurance on hot hatchs going silly in the mid ninties. Ended up only being 1 group cheaper than the valver so wasnt really worth it in the end.
Usually the gromit from the engin bay into the car is in the passenger footwell. Having seen a phase 1 172 its a difficult job.
Idd try asking a mod to move this to interior, ice and security too. Might get more help there.
I wouldnt bother DIYing the interior parts. Youll end up with dull looking badly painted finished the lot.
Get a proper body shop to prep it and spray it and it would look alot better.
I know if I get back on the throttle really quick I get an awesome bang and usually a flame.
Are you saying to put the throttle back on before lifting off the clutch though?
