Id still rather have an S3 purely because of the badge.:cool: I do agree with Max, the cupra R is one of the most underated hatches out there. The Clios are close but at £5k cheaper shouldnt really be compared to the Curpa R. Maybe in second hand tests.

You never really get youre money back for them sort of mods mate. Will proberbly be less than book. Unless you find a buyer who wants a modified one.

Driver seat padding on my Cup has become a little squeaky. If you push back with your sholders it makes a really annoying rubber squeaking noise. Other seat is fine. Anyone else had this? Dont really wanna take it to reno cause theyll cover the springs in 3-in-1 oil or something stupid.

I wouldnt bother mate. The 182 isnt that much better than youre current car. Of course Im talking about the amount of money youll loose better. Bit worried about the resale prices tbh - i wanna sell my Cup in the new year to buy an Audi off my dad and want as much as possible from the Clio.

Corsas handle like prams compared to french hatches. I learnt in a mk1 1.2 Corsa and my metro 1.0 City would have smoked it on the twists.

No I never found the Cup as preditable on the limit as the VTR was.

Ive always thought mine felt nervous in the wet and ice. Thought it was just because the Cup had such hard springs though

I only serviced my VTR with citroen until the warrenty ran out. After that I got my uncle to do all the work that was required. Cant be bothered with main dealer service history! It costs a fortune and doesnt matter when you sell the car because the little amount you lose without it is knowhere...
