Ok think I will. On eBay they are selling standard centre and back for around £230+postage. Should be able to sell the ktec for similar? Then just pay for the fitting... Might get a decat on there too...although there's only 4-5months till mot time.

Does anyone know if I just buy a standard back box weather that will fit with the ktec centre? That would be quieter surely?

yes they were. I can deal with a little noise just not the loudest car in the world. Its probably one of the 3 loudest cars ive owned and ive had probably 15+ performance cars with aftermarket exhausts.

Well just looked under and it defo has a big silencer. Maybe worth cutting it out and welding a better one in?

But saying that, it is pretty quick for just a cat back and panel filter although I haven't driven one before!

I doubt it has a decat though cause that wouldn't pass emissions and there would have been a receipt with all the loads of paperwork I got.

Hey guys. Have just bought a 172 cup which came with a ktec stealth cat back with silenced centre section... WTF is that name supposed to be ironic? if that is the silenced one then i do not want to find out what the loud one is like! its ridiculous and I need to get a silencer bolted in...

This is on eBay. Seems pretty comprehensive with the receipts etc but the seller doesn't give much detail, and especially vague about 'pistons'!! it has a cliosport sticker so hopefully someone knows it? ​thanks.
