LMAO.
Its telling you that pressure for a reason.
Over-inflation will lead to less tread on the road and wearing in the middle... possibly blow outs as they could potentially get too warm.
Put them as they are supposed to be and leave it alone :S
Not very foamy, Charles ;) Should look like shaving foam and stick/dwell for a while... More practice needed !
Approx 1" of foam then about 3/4 full of warm water and see how you get on. Wind the throttle/mixer screw on top of the lance all the way in, then come back 1/2 a turn and adjust...

Putting it in gear means that you're reliant on the piston compression stopping the system turning. Does not matter if it's a forward or backwards gear.
Good lord.
FLOL !
40 miles ?! Would have been cheaper to get a taxi... or a hire car through work. Or even just hire a car for the day yourself.
80 extra miles on your 'limited milage' policy.. really worth the bother ?! Not like you'd done 20k when you told them you do 3k a year.
:S
Upped the shadows a bit, downed the highlights to get the clouds back, cropped it down a bit (read up on the rule of thirds), buffed out the branches on the right that were crashing it, straighted it up, cooled it down (white balance) and upped the saturation a little bit. Little touch of...
It all comes from practise ! Surely you can see that your edited one is really blurry !? :S Sometimes that's a great thing but not here. No reason you'd want that IMO.
If you're not 'skilled' as you put it, then let the camera do the hard work ;) If you'd left that in Av mode it might...
Uber critical mode on...
You've gone from a not perfect, wonky image with the subject wonky and in the middle, to a really badly out of focus B&W version which is even more under exposed and still has the same composition ?
Don't shoot manual focus or shutter speed IMO - Not sure why you were...
This is the thing. Unless there's actual snow on the ground, you don't realise they're doing such a good job.
I've got to work, then nearly fell out of the car with the ground so slippery .. just being cold/frosty. Don't need 3ft of snow to make them worthwhile.
Until people use them...
It should be .. but it won't be. Not a chance. Not until we get 3ft of snow from Nov-March every year for a decade.
The only way it'll change people's ways is if insurance stipulates they are not covered to drive in 'wintry conditions' without M&S marked tyres... and that'll never happen...
Re: AW: Winter tyres
Unfortunately, they probably would.
Only if insurance companies INSISTED on winter tyres, would people actually change.
Not paying out on snow/ice would save the industry (and in turn the consumer) an absolute fortune.
Find out from your insurer if there's a limit to engine size or any restrictions.
If they won't cover you, find someone who will.
1.8 16v or mk2 2.0 172 engine should fit.
Budget / expectations ?
You can get a volvo 1.7T engine in there I seem to recall.. basically you can get...
When using a tripod, always use at last the 2-sec timer ;)
For me, they look a bit soft, maybe they're OK... top one is spot on, but all have toooo much vingetting for me.
Not too bright though .. iMac at full blast, they're fine. Is your brightness on full when you edit ? Try editing in...
TBH someone driving for 4 months isn't ready for the road...!
Why not learn now how to drive properly now in a safe proper environment ? Everyone should learn how to drive properly, learn what cars are capable of and learn what happens if things go wrong. Winter training, skid training should...
Ohhhhh yes....
Been out Burblin'. by evil_giraffes_rule, on Flickr
Hilarious levels of grip ! Going past people on bypasses in the snow lane .. everyone else in the semi-clear inside lane at about 20mph .. me at full chat. Properly amusing !
Did get held up by a couple of Clios...
