Yeah from the sounds of it,
"This is a clio 1.8 16V williams replica...The car has the williams gold alloys and decals. and it also has a williams plaque which are very hard to get hold of"
Maybe the condition of the body work is what has turned peeps away???
Now that im getting rid of the 6X9s. I still need something with a bit of bass, I dont want anything too loud, so ill be happy with a 10".
Can anyone give me any recomendations on which Pioneer ones I should go for - as well as a sub to power the thing?
Cheers
Ian
Does putting a women down as a named driver knock the insurance down, or does this vary???
Just got a new quote for my Willy 3, £1365 for me and the G/F - for when im 22 with 1 years NCB - not too bad I guess
Ok, well when I get the Willy back and pick up me parcel shelf from Smokey ;) I wanna be running some better sounds.
I got some Pioneers in the front, and now I wanna change the 6x9s for a sub cos I dont wanna be cutting holes in the parcel shelf. Ill be happy with a 10" sub. Not really...
A firmware/software upgrade for Pioneer Head Units, or any other head unit as a matter of fact?
Its just irritating when theres a slight pause when playing MP3s, specially on mix sets.
Does anyone know if theres a way to change this manually, or by some sorta patch?
Ian
Ok mate ill have a look to see if Ive got any pics of her.
GDI have got the Willy at the mo, so if ur around im sure they wouldnt mind u poping-in and having a butchers.
I dunno how this happened...
When I went to see it, it was the first thing I noticed, my first guess it was just a done up Valver. Anyways saw the log-book and done a HPI check both confirming it was a Willy 3.
Anyways I bought it(obviously :p) and phoned Renault the next day, they said...
Thats is fookin rank!
Why is it that all these new cars are all getting a "hump back" look. It looks like theyre all deformed and caught some nasty disease.
Yeah I was thinking about this awhile back, some bloke on ebay was doing them.
At the end of the day its a sunstrip, and personally speakin when I see a car with one, it looks crap.
Far as I know mate, shocks are about 60 quid for the pair and the springs are about £190.
Im in the middle of restoring my one, and I managed to pick up a decent 2nd hand set for 40 quid. So it shouldnt be too costly for ya.
edit*
Looks like Riplash got there before me
Oh and far...
Are u on ur own insurance or are u a named driver mate?
Cos if ur not a named driver, u gotta ask yourself is it worth losing the 6 months NCB uve got?
