IMO, unless you 'need' a certain colour or the stigma attached to those elusive extra 10 PS of a 182, I would go for the cleanest, lowest mileage phase 2 172 you can find and save the rest for a house. Compare RR figures for 1*2's and you will see that the 172 is always on top.
