i wudnt of thought so mate. they shud jus replace it, when i had mine done all i did was phone autoglass didnt phone the insurance. They took my car reg and insurance provider and did it that way

u sure u had the correct windscreen fitted?. i had new one when i got a crack in mine, and it had a green tint on it( was the wrong one). The one you need has a purpleish tint to it. Jus make sure u have the right one.

i have a 1.2 16v clio, mine was lowered 60mm all round look really good as well!. cudnt get it up the drive( steep drive!) when i drove the car home from buying it so had to have standard springs back on!
