No its not slipping just wont go into gear and when it does it crunches a little its as if it doesnt disengage when i press the cluch! Matt

Just recently had a new cluch cable fitted after the last snapped! anyway now somtimes its really hard to get in gear especially 1st and 2nd at low speeds or at standstill. now its generally ok when cold but after driving arround for a while i get the problems! anyone got any thaughts on why...

Ok FS i didnt get any of that, not that great with the electrics of the car! Ben if im right with what u r saying then if the wire behind the switch was not conected properly the light wouldent come on on the dash! think ill have to take it to a garage but really dont want to cuz every time...

Im paying about £120 for a new fitted cable as mine went on monday nite and that includes a new pedal! Matt
