Was going to ask if he was the one involved in the massive crash a few years back ?!
Good vid, however thought it was a tad weird to send a NASCAR out on that track... Doesn't appear to like cornering much haha !
Ooh bad news dude.
If you can drive it OK, go to ren-tec (or similar) in Chelmsford, or Two Techs in Dartford rather than Renault ?!
Or call Fred/Danny/Mick/Ghostbusters to see if anyone can suggest anything !?
I don't know the first thing about any of those.. but I'd choose Alpine every time.
Why do you want D-DIN ? Can't you go single DIN and have somewhere handy to keep stuff underneath, like gauges (y0)...?
50W is the maximum power the HU amplifier outputs.
Same as your car 'having' 65bhp. It's only producing the max power figure at peak RPM, ~6000 or there abouts.
Don't bother with the speakers, stick a sub in the boot, small Fli one will do.. get a decent HU (Alpine is the only brand I'd...
eBay is full of clowns. Either sell it as collection only .. or as an insured, signed for, valued parcel, courier service. Don't send it the cheapest way you can.

Get a Ph1. Cable throttle FTW.
Also, on a serious note - get some 15" or 16" wheels.. those are enormous... far too large for the mk2 !
You can probably flog those on the 'bay, and buy some smaller wheels and end up with change.
Also at <1500 RPM (idle), there is very little oil splash due to the low speed so it is doing more harm than good sitting there cold and idling as the oil is not getting about.
Wiggle's old bus ? Been around the block a few times but good to see it's still looking pretty spankingly tidy !
Black Ph1s are of course the fastest ones as everybody knows :o
Can't remember if iPhoto comes with Lion (I'm pretty sure it does), but if you have it, have you tried it ?
Pretty much the easiest way to import, edit (lightly) and store/organise photos. Links to email, flickr, bookface and other things with a click or a drag/drop. Couldn't be easier IMO.
You've been a busy man !!
Amazed how few people seem to have brushed past your project thread :dapprove:
I've been waiting for you to get a roof rack and stick your matching bike on the top of the white one TBQFH ! :rasp:
1000D was the bottom of the range, and has been replaced in the last year or so with the 1100D.
400D was replaced with the 450D about 3/4 years ago, which has been replaced with the 500/550D.
They'll both take better pictures than your iPhone, but in terms of D-SLRs they're a bit 'old'.
As...
