sorry for resurecting this old thread, but i was wondering if anyone had any more production numbers... i have a mk1ph1 1.8 rt, and i can't say i ever seen another! wondering how many they made.

at 50-60, its still wobbling, but much quicker, so it looks almost still So this is normal then? wierd thing to have on a car!

The speedo on my mk1 is very erratic. it 'shakes' a lot. if im doing 30, it will shake between 27ish and 33ish. this is fairly annoying :( is there anything i can do to fix it?

i'd be interested to know how too. I also have a patch of rust on the drivers side rear arch what site, btw?

I've read a few things online saying there is a good chance radweld will block your heater matrix, as it is much finer than the rest of the cooling system apparently, the trick is to apply rad weld with your heater on full whack for about 20mins you only find this out after you've put the...

its does get fairly warm. get a bit of steam coming off it if i open the expansion tank after a run, though that might not mean much in this weather. The heater was working a few months ago. stopped when i put radweld in pmurray, whats the dizzy? under the expansion tank?

my heater has stopped working, probably the heater matrix, but i want to test the thermostat before. however, i cannot find it! Engine is an F3P one haynes manual says it should be under the distributor cap ?!

in the 'box i take it? do i have to get under the car to do it?

Ive noticed neither of my reverse lights are working! makes parellel parking in traffic interesting :p I've checked all the fuses and the bulbs and they're fine. I've also been told that it might be the connection in the gearbox? is this an easy/cheap thing to sort? what else could it be?

12.5cmx7.5 cm those are the measurements from the williams bumper i have sitting next to me. i assume they would be the same. I can go double check my with RT ones if you want though.

yeh, mine came out a very dark green the manager was adoment that they always get the right colour (despite me showing him the difference). guess they actually muck up a few. Got my money back eventually! :D edit: that other site doesnt take visa electron :(

Think im going to get some paint from that website. halfords cant match my colour at all 995-Jade Green - miles too dark. Cant find paint on the renault website though!

I recently put some radweld in my 91 RT and it appears to have completely killed the heater matrix. looking through the haynes manual, it appears to be a big job to change it (or even get at it to try and flush it!) gotta take the whole dash off!??
