It's still not forced induction. It's a bucket collecting warmed up slow turbulent air from behind the radiator.

When shooting the moon, treat it as if it's the sun (almost). 1/4sec exposure is WAY too long hence it's blown out. The one below yours there is much better: Exposure 0.001 sec (1/800) Aperture f/5.6 ISO Speed 100 Hope that helps ! :)
