IMO, get them powdercoated. £45 a corner round here... you'll spend half that on primer/paint/laquer, that's if you do it right the first time and then it'll get f**ked up when you get some new tyres.

Yes. Put them back on eBay and get rid of them........ However, a dodgy earth, wrong connections, loose wire, crappy manufacturing .. could be any of them frankly.

You could get 500HP out if it if you tried, but it would involve a LOT of cash. Anything is possible (almost) with enough boost, NoS and forged parts haha !! Look for a dCi 80 or 100.. MUCH faster than a 1.2 and probably not a lot more expensive to run/insure etc. Much nicer to drive...
