If you can get the tool its best to wait. The hammering and drilling methods will work with varying degrees of success, but youll be best waiting for the tool and not damaging your wheels.

Just on the way out to Tesco and came up behind a Daihatsu Charade Turbo. He suddenly pulled over without indicating, so I tickled the engine as I went past to signal my annoyance. About 10 seconds later this car shot up the bus lane and pulled in front of me (as in cut me right the feck up)...

Dont think you can disable it. Used to piss me off in the 172 until I realised that it didnt like wax one little bit. When washing your car, make sure you rinse the bit over the sensor really well and it should work better. It was almost working well after about 12000 miles!

The 98-01 Clios all had Renault on the back. Im guessing these had pins and that this is what you have been sold. From 01- onwards only the RenaultSport models have Renault badges on the back and you have discovered they are stuck on. Explain this to the pig sh*t thick ignorant dumb b******s at...

They weigh 600kg! I weighed the one from my 172 when I look it off. Removing it will increase your power to weight ratio by approx. 0.003529bhp (really!). Might still have mine booting about somewhere. Anyone want to give me £300 for it? ;)

Find out what TimOs MK1 172 mods were as that is the fastest 172 that I can think of, at least over a 1/4 mile. My Williams runs much better standard than it did with induction kit, chip and decat (although i might decat it again with a quieter pipe).

As Dannyboy said, he hasnt done anything to it! Think it might have had the rear seats out for the 1/4 mile, but apart from that, its standard.
