This bug crops up for me from time to time... I think it's PH as I'm using Chrome on OS X.

Ph1 ? That'll be the Aerial hole in the roof. Whip the light off, no need to remove the headliner. You'll see a nut + what looks like a stud, that's the bottom of the aerial. Take it all off... Bit of silicone, or some thick foam to fit under the base, and make sure it's done up tight and...

Be VERY careful .. if the res runs low, and you suck a bubble in, you'll be there til November getting it out ;)

Drove a Ph1 and a Cup .. and check insurance for both .. not too many companies like the Cup as there's no ABS. Buckets in a Clio are a massive advantage if you're tall.. the seating position is AWFUL and I'm not the tallest person in the world. Good luck :D

Haynes manuals are as good as useless in my experience, they just tell you what to do, not where to find things or how to do it. Most of the pictures look like they have been taken with a fax machine, and just show a picture of a bolt, not the engine bay with a big arrow which would probably be...

If you literally have no idea where the spark plugs are, or where the sump plug might be (think about it for more than a nano second and you'll realise it'd probably not the top of the engine) then just don't bother .. take it to a garage, or ask your dad/uncle/friend to help you.

Where are you based ? Nothing there is complicated at all. Warm up engine (not HOT !) turn it off .. jack car up .. undo sump bolt, drain into tray .. remove oil filter .. drop car to ground .. do the air filter and pollen (under the scuttle assuming all mk2's are the same) whilst you wait...

If the steering wheel wobbles under braking, it's warped discs. If it's the pedal massaging your foot, it's probably ABS ring.

It's for a seatbelt - life saving device - therefore it will have had to be fixed at a pretty high torque. The right torx bit, on the end of a ratchet will see you right !

Sash had hers done at JP on Canvey too .. no complaints !
