    Removing rear plate screw (Rusty)

^ This. Be BLOODY careful you don't end up driving the drill along the boot or through your leg when it slips. Also mega easy to snap a bit if you're pushing hard !

    Rear ARB - Insurance

Sky, Greenlight, Brentacre, .. modified specialists don't mind mods as it's their target market! They wouldn't be able to provide your Mum with insurance for her Micra, but a modified Clio is obviously on their game plan. No point asking how much anyone pays for their insurance. Unless...

Fist post, Clio petrol light, Glasgow, Induction Kit

The petrol light comes on when there's 1 gallon left (4.54l) normally. If you've got a trip computer / mpg calculater on the dash, turn the ignition on whilst holding down the button on the end of the right hand stalk. Then press it a few times until 'xL' comes up .. this is how much much...

Lets sort this all out...today...once and for all..

There's really no point, unless you're getting overtaken by milkfloats. I would use one (the same one before/after for obvious reasons) when doing a lot of work on the engine, to ensure it was all OK .. ITBs + cams for instance, to ensure the fuelling is right and obviously get some bragging...

Lets sort this all out...today...once and for all..

Hi, welcome etc. Firstly, rolling roads or dynos measure the torque at the wheels/hubs. From that they calculate power. Where are you getting your calculations from ? With the greatest respect, (I'm assuming this was told to you by whoever did your r/road?), they appear to have made it up to...

What price all in all for mk2 conversion to sport ???

You can pick up an ph1 for under a grand these days, a good one for £1500. Even ph2's are coming in under £2k now. Really REALLY don't understand the point of making something you can already buy for less money ... :S As has been said before, this was just about a worthwhile project 4+ years...
