Have a look on HP's website for a Turion-based Laptop running XP and try the drivers for that - that's your best bet. If it was an Intel-based machine I'd have suggested the drivers from there. Also make sure you're using SP2 on XP, as you'll usually get most onboard audio drivers from Windows...

If she's getting that message when the other accounts are disabled, it's either a random message from a buggered OS, or she's got file sharing set up and people have drives mapped which will also cause that message. May be other instances but as long as the only account that is enabled is hers...
